You must have legally obtained explicit authorization from your contacts before initiating any AI-generated communication (voice calls, SMS, emails, or chatbots). This includes full compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and other relevant privacy laws.
You are responsible for managing and maintaining records of consent from your contacts, demonstrating that they have agreed to receive communications via AI-generated methods. Failure to provide proof of consent upon request will result in immediate account suspension.
You agree to handle all contact data securely and in strict compliance with data protection laws, ensuring that personal information is protected against unauthorized access or misuse.
You are not permitted to clone any living or deceased person's voice and/or likeness using our technology without express and explicit consent, demonstrated by a notarized document or legally filed documents with the courts. Unauthorized use will result in immediate termination and legal action.
Wolf Bot AI reserves the right to monitor usage patterns and may request documentation of compliance at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within 48 hours will result in service suspension.
Any violation of these compliance terms may result in civil and criminal penalties. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for ensuring your use of our AI technology complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
